At ADECS, we provide tailored professional learning and consultancy services to support teachers, departments, and schools in strengthening their language education program. As a NESA-recognised provider of PL, our approach is flexible, research-informed and aligned to AITSL standards.
We offer individualised support to help teachers refine their practice, whether through one-on-one coaching, tailored guidance in curriculum programming (K–12, IBDP), or language pedagogy (e.g., EPI). Our services include assistance with AI and digital technologies, coaching in classroom management and mentoring for accreditation at higher levels (e.g., ISTAA Experienced Teacher).
We work closely with language faculties to strengthen curriculum design and assessment. Our services include:

For schools seeking a collaborative professional learning model, we frequently deliver hosted workshops, where a school invites teachers from surrounding schools to attend, with consultant fees shared across participating schools.
Professional learning is available in-person and online, with multiple models to suit the needs of teachers and schools:
- On-site support: Individual or faculty-wide sessions at your school
- School-hosted workshops: A cost-effective option for regional collaboration
- Online course delivery: Live professional learning via Zoom or Teams
We are highly flexible and willing to travel, including interstate, to support schools wherever they are.
